In creating the add-in products we sell for Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook we have gained deep expertise in most areas of these three products, both in the use of the applications and of course in the writing of Visual Basic for Applications code – the formal name for macro code.

We have also gained great experience in providing technical support for our customers. We have many emails sent in thanks for the trouble we take – although we won’t patronize you be listing customer testimonials here…

If you have a question about any aspect of Excel, Word or Outlook, whether about normal use or about writing VBA / macros, then email us your query to our support email address – support@livewebs.com – and state what you would be prepared to pay for its resolution, in multiples of £5 (the minimum charge). You can also pay in US dollars in units of $8.

We review your email and then email you back to say either:

1)     We can do the job and agree the amount you propose is reasonable

2)     We can do the job but propose a different amount for it based on explicit reasons as to why we think it will merit that amount

3)     We cannot take on the job either

  • because we cannot do it sufficiently well, or
  • because the price we need to quote back to you will clearly be too expensive

In our resolution email to you, we will email you links to our account areas at our payment merchants who are:

Please click the PayPal butt on to pay in either UK £ or US $

www.regsoft.com (US Dollars only)

The good bit – we trust you to pay us if you are satisfied. You receive and review our proposed resolution and if you are satisfied with it, you opt to make payment. If you decide not to pay, we request that you email us back to outline why our solution did not meet your needs. We will then be prepared to consider providing further support in the future if you give us a reasonable idea as to where we went wrong first time around.
