Write a letter or a fax to anyone in your Outlook Contacts folder(s) and watch their fax or address details automatically appear in the right place in your document in the blink of an eye

LookMeUp! works with any document open on your screen - you don't need to use yet another set of special templates!
.. but alternatively, you can ask LookMeUp! to pull up one of your own templates
LookMeUp! watches as you type - most times you can just carry on typing without even reaching for the mouse
In an instant, LookMeUp! will analyse your document and insert fax number or address details at the correct points
You can override where LookMeUp! chooses to put these details
LookMeUp! can search all of your Contacts-type folders (if you have more than one) simultaneously (up to 5 subfolders deep)
LookMeUp! can search your Contacts-type folders in multiple Personal Folders files (.pst's)
With LookMeUp! you can access your Outlook Contacts directly from within Word - you can ask LookMeUp! to open up a Contact for you to make changes to before the modified version is automatically inserted into your document
LookMeUp! gives you flexible options on whether to read in from Work, Home, Other or Mailing Address fields in Outlook
Type just part of a name and LookMeUp! will show you all matches in a dialog box - just click on the one you want in order to read it in
